00:00 >> Yeah, I mean, God bless him with a lot of talent and
00:03 he blessed me with a lot of gifts.
00:06 And so not being the tallest is nothing to me because I know how I play.
00:09 I know I play with leverage.
00:10 I know I play with a great motor.
00:12 So it's a lot of things other than the height that's to me.
00:17 So God bless him with a lot more other things.
00:20 And like you said, there's a lot of great passers.
00:23 Now you look at Bryce Huff for the Jets, you're the guy that goes.
00:26 You're the guy that has a great motor that doesn't stop.
00:29 And I made my game to try to lie to him.
00:32 That's probably the guy that just plays with nonstop effort.
00:36 You got the TJ Watts and Nick Rosas and
00:39 Roll Garrett, those are all passers that have a handbag on their head.
00:44 So I always try, anytime they play, I truly watch NFL games.
00:49 So my favorite team is the Chiefs.
00:52 I've been a Chiefs fan for the longest.
00:54 But when it comes to watching football, I always watch football with a best
01:00 pass or something.
01:01 Those are always good my two favorites, Chiefs games or best pass games.
01:04 That's me.
01:05 So before being a player, I'm a big fan of just football in general.
01:13 I started watching Von Miller and Khalil Mack very well very young.
01:18 And they play very different.
01:20 Von being a more finesse type.
01:23 He's going on goal, so he's going speed rushing.
01:25 But Khalil Mack on the other hand, very physical, very much of a power guy.
01:30 And so I try to do a combination of both of what they're doing because I think
01:33 if you have a great passer, you get a great passer.
01:38 So I'm always trying to build on what they're doing.
01:41 And so I'm looking at the thing I bought with Ron Gose, but
01:43 then Khalil Mack ran into some of that thing.
01:45 And that's just how you build an arsenal.
01:48 You can't just look at being one track minded because you won't learn,
01:54 you won't grow from that.
01:55 So once you cut up your time in a different way and
01:58 be able to grab something from a little bit of everybody,
02:01 that's when you become great.
02:02 Hank Tomlin is an amazing person.
02:05 You know what he's done for the Seahawks the past years and years to come,
02:10 is truly astronomical.
02:11 And to be able to have a short conversation with him about this.
02:15 I didn't ask him anything about football.
02:16 I wanted to know about life because he's a very successful person.
02:19 He gave me insight from that, that's very meaningful.
02:21 Now I'll always take with me wherever I go, whether I play in the league forever or
02:27 wherever it may come, his advice was to me,
02:31 it's something I'm always gonna take and have in my heart.
02:33 Because it wasn't from a coaching mindset,
02:36 it was from a person that been through some of my mindset.
02:38 And I always appreciate that.
