00:27 The Department of Justice is now aware of the source of the bomb threat

00:31 that was received by various government agencies and local government units today.

00:36 Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulia, the NBI official,

00:40 issued an email containing the bomb threat.

00:44 A man named Takahiro Karasawa sent an email

00:49 and foresaw that a bomb would be dropped on government agencies around 3 pm.

00:55 The PNP declared that the bombs were possible to come from other countries.

01:06 According to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center of the DICT,

01:10 the bomb threat was received by at least 6 government agencies,

01:14 including the Central Office of the DNR and the Hall of Justice of Cebu City.

01:19 In Bataan, classes were suspended in public schools in some towns

01:25 due to the bomb threat in the provincial office of the DepEd.

01:27 The operation was also suspended by some government officials in Zambales.

05:56 the bureaucracy in opening businesses,

05:59 and the improper infrastructure for transportation.

06:03 But according to the Department of Trade and Industry,

06:05 regulations on the ownership of businesses are still in force.

06:09 There is a negative correlation between FDI performance and these regulatory restrictions.

06:17 And of course, the more open you are, the higher the FDI inflows.

06:23 Although there are countries that support the removal of economic restrictions in the Constitution.

06:28 The removal of economic restrictions would facilitate increased foreign direct investment
