00:00 It's time to move on, Twihards.
00:03 Over a decade after Kristen Stewart's past relationship with Twilight co-star Robert
00:07 Pattinson ended, she admits that she's bloody tired of answering questions about her ex,
00:13 telling Rolling Stone in a February 14th article that she's fed up talking about her past romance,
00:19 saying "Rob and I can't just keep talking about that s*** because it's f***ing weird.
00:25 It's like if someone kept asking you, I mean for literally decades, but senior year in
00:30 high school, you're like f*** gay man, I don't know."
00:34 While the 33-year-old clarifies that she somewhat understands the public's infatuation with
00:38 her past romance, she and Rob have lived a thousand years since their 2013 breakup, which
00:44 involved a 2012 cheating scandal between the actress and her Snow White and the Huntsman
00:48 director Rupert Sanders.
00:50 In the years since, Kristen notably came out as gay in a 2017 episode of Saturday Night
00:55 Live and is now engaged to fiancé Dylan Meyer.
00:59 And Robert moved on as well, dating FK Twigs for three years before settling down in 2018
01:05 with model Suki Waterhouse.
01:06 The couple are now engaged and expecting their first child together.
01:10 Since Kristen and Rob played the iconic Bella and Edward in the explosive Twilight franchise,
01:16 it makes sense that fans have been obsessing with this romance for a while.
01:20 In a 2019 interview on The Howard Stern Show, Kristen opened up about falling in love with
01:24 Rob on set and shared that if he had proposed at the time, she probably would have said
01:29 yes.
01:30 "I mean, not only were you falling in love with Rob on the set, which by the way, I think
01:35 is the biggest mistake an actor can make."
01:37 "There was nothing I could do.
01:39 People, I mean, we were together for years.
01:42 That was like my first, you know, I mean, like I was super in love with my high school
01:47 boyfriend, super, super fucking in love with him, but me and Rob were like a little older
01:50 and it was just like, gung-gung."
01:51 "Was there a point you would have gotten married, do you think?"
01:54 "I don't know."
01:55 "I wonder.
01:56 Imagine?"
01:57 "I wanted to.
01:58 Yeah, no, I mean, like, I think I've never been in any..."
01:59 "If he proposed, you would have gotten married."
02:00 "I don't know.
02:01 I'm not like a super duper traditionalist, but at the same time, I like, yeah, everything
02:07 I've ever, every relationship I've ever been in, I thought that was it."
02:12 And while they'll never fall in love again, the lion and the lamb remain friends.
02:16 In fact, the Spencer actress recently crashed her old co-star's 37th birthday party in May,
02:21 along with Katherine Hardwick, who directed the first Twilight film.
02:25 "I don't know."
02:26 "I don't know."
02:26 "I don't know."
02:31 (upbeat music)
02:33 you
