00:59 We need to develop the reliability of the car, we need to develop the performance of course,
01:05 and we will need the know-how and the involvement of everybody in the team.
01:09 The expectation for the 2024 season is to make another step to keep improving.
01:18 Of course, we know that it's going to be difficult.
01:21 There is a lot to do, there's a lot of room for improvement everywhere in the team,
01:26 and we need to align the planet.
01:28 It's a long process, we make sometimes two steps forward, one step backward,
01:32 but what we want to see in 2024 is a real dynamic going on the right way.
01:38 The target for our two drivers, Esteban and Pierre, are really to try to get
01:48 the best possible result with the car and the environment we are going to give them.
01:53 Of course, they are racing drivers, they are among the best in the grid,
01:57 and they want to achieve the best possible result at every single start.

02:07 When they caught a very nice podium, 1H, they knew how to seize this opportunity,
02:15 making incredible races in Monaco for Esteban, in Zandvoort for Pierre,
02:19 and we are very happy with this involvement of our two drivers.

02:29 and they are very involved with all the engineers, all the technicians,
02:33 and the mechanics to make the team progress step by step.
