00:33 Obviously, this is my rock and we like to feel we're a great couple together.
00:39 And so to meet Judith again for the first time after being away,
00:43 it's absolutely brilliant, isn't it, Judith?
00:46 >> Yes.
00:47 >> You're not yawning, Judith.

00:56 It's special, isn't it, to break your own record.
01:00 It's only my age, I didn't speed because last time I was faster.
01:05 But because of the weather conditions,
01:08 it just didn't allow me to progress as fast as I wanted to.
01:12 This time on week two or three, around Christmas time,
01:17 I got capsized while I was in the cabin.
01:20 And that was a bit of a shock, really,
01:23 apart from the tumble dryer effect while you're inside this little cocoon I'm in.
01:29 >> The first time when he did it, it was a lot easier than this.
01:34 This has been a hard one mentally and physically for us all.
01:38 It's been hard, obviously, for Frank.
01:40 So it was nice just to see him being finished.

01:54 >> Do you know that dementia is now the biggest killer in the UK?
02:00 More people die from dementia than anything else,
02:03 any other condition of disease or anything else.
02:07 We've got to start addressing that.
02:09 I feel as though I'm doing something to help put that right.
02:14 It definitely worked last time because I raised 1.1 million pounds.
02:17 Whether I'm going to be able to raise that amount this time, who knows?
