00:08 What do you think will translate for your game into the NFL?
00:13 I think a lot. I mean, as you said, great size, great speed, great strength.
00:19 But, you know, how I play, I play really physical.
00:22 I play, you know, violent. I think that translates to the league really well.
00:26 And I think I could just really, you know, do what I did at Oregon and get better and do that in the NFL as well.
00:35 Can't talk about a scouting report on you without mentioning your versatility.
00:39 You've played and started at every position along the line. That's very impressive.
00:45 How do you think that helped your game grow?
00:49 I mean, knowing everybody's position, knowing what technique they have to do,
00:54 really helps out of being a center because, you know, you got to make calls for the whole line.
00:59 And when you know and you've been in all those positions, it makes you make decisions a lot quicker.
01:04 So and, you know, I think that really helped translate to the NFL as well, because, you know, it's a lot different.
01:11 You know, in college, you get to bring 10, 15 linemen to each game and you get the NFL, it's like six or seven.
01:19 So me being a guy who could play, you know, all those positions, it makes me valuable.
01:24 So you have a favorite position.
01:27 I love playing center. I don't think there's a better position on the field.
01:32 Get to command the line and the offense and the play starts with you.
01:35 So is there a current NFL player you admire or you model your game after?
01:42 Yeah, no, there's I mean, there's quite a bit.
01:44 I mean, Ryan Jensen, he just retired, but I followed my game after him.
01:50 How physical he is and how violent is, you know, I really admire Jason Kelsey.
01:54 What he does in space is special.
01:57 You know, Creed Humphries are just won the Super Bowl.
01:59 You know, same thing. Versatile, really fast, strong guys.
02:04 So. Growing up in Utah, who did you root for as a kid?
02:08 What team? I grew up a Dolphins fan.
02:11 My dad was a huge Dolphins fan.
02:13 He loved Damarino, so I kind of just hopped on that trend.
02:17 And then JJ Watt came into the league.
02:20 JJ Watt was my idol and I became a huge Texans fan.
02:24 So now. Have you met him yet?
02:27 No, no, I had fangirl that hopefully will one day.
02:31 But what will you say when you meet him someday?
02:35 I just thank him for what he's done.
02:37 Just have a million questions.
02:40 I don't know. Just want to meet him.
02:42 When you say your dad is a Miami Dolphins fan,
02:45 how big of a fan are we talking here?
02:48 I mean, he's a pretty big one.
02:51 Now that I'm kind of in a position where I could go to any team,
02:53 he's kind of like backing off of it quite a bit.
02:56 But he's always been a fan.
02:58 I mean, I think it's like he's just become more of a college fan or,
03:02 you know, whatever I've been playing.
03:05 But he's still that's what team he roots for.
03:07 He's not he's not like a super fan, but he's he's a fan.
03:12 So if he sees a mock draft out there of you going,
03:15 is he texting it to you immediately?
03:19 Yeah, I mean, he'll tell me about it,
03:22 but he doesn't want to stress me out with any of those kind of stuff.
03:25 So but yeah, there's been a couple that had me go to Miami and he
03:30 he would just fall over dead.
