00:00 How is Mid Coast shaping up this season?
00:02 Well, Mid Coast has seen a lot of change.
00:05 We've got a new head coach, we've got new players.
00:08 We're confined to one first grade side and we're not having a reserve grade side this year,
00:11 which I think is really promising for the new talent that we can showcase off in first grade.
00:18 Who has been a key pick up for your side?
00:21 We've had a few girls come through the local leagues.
00:26 I think a girl Indie, I think she's from Port Saites.
00:31 She's shown a lot of talent and I think she can turn out to be a really nice player in the coming seasons.
00:37 Who should we watch out for in your side and why?
00:40 Chelsea Gallagher. She's come in from a Sydney side last season and her defence is next level. Really great.
00:50 What will be Mid Coast's strength this year?
00:53 I think working together as a team. We've had our ups and downs the last few seasons,
01:02 but this year we're looking super strong as a team.
01:06 I think the new style of football we're being encouraged to play is also going to help make us better players.
01:15 Who other than your team will be the team to watch this year or team to beat?
01:19 I think all the teams are really good. Maitland has been a key one.
01:25 The usual Magic and Azzurri are quite good. Strong too.
