00:06 I've had so much love and support and again wasn't doing it for that I was

00:10 doing it to raise awareness never did I think at 32 years old I was gonna be

00:14 diagnosed with cancer but certainly don't do it for sympathy but I get so

00:20 many lovely lovely messages but then I get so many nasty, throbbing ones and

00:27 comments on different you know posts and socials or you know articles or

00:32 whatever and can I just say like for anybody going through this it's enough

00:38 to be going through it never mind with any added trolls and there's no textbook

00:44 on how you should deal with it and how I deal with it to how anybody else deals

00:48 with it there's no right or wrong you do what you need to do and just be kind

00:55 guys you know so yeah no see ya on this Monday if we can be anything let's be
