00:28 We just absolutely love the look of a boring northern California
00:35 house.
00:35 So we recreated one here on a soundstage in Hollywood.
00:39 And we wanted the same kind of look of a low-class
00:42 neighborhood.
00:43 So we actually green screen all of our outdoor performances.
00:47 And we're actually able to use computer technology to put
00:50 ourselves in that neighborhood.
00:52 It's so hot here.
00:54 I know.
00:54 Northern California is hot.
00:55 Technology is key to staying ahead of the game.
01:01 Yeah, we used to use this dated technology called
01:04 boom microphones.
01:05 The problem was it just wasted so much time
01:08 because it would get in the shot,
01:09 and it was just such a pain in the ass.
01:12 So we found the perfect way to hide a microphone on our bodies.
01:17 We went one step further and hid it in our bodies.
01:21 See, we had these microphones created
01:22 in the shape of a third nipple.
01:24 And they blend in perfectly.
01:26 I mean, you can't even tell them apart from my nipples.
01:29 This gives us a lot of flexibility with our audio
01:31 because we're actually able to hide these microphones all
01:34 around the studio.
01:36 And it's crazy because it's like they're not even there.
01:39 We owe most of our success to identifying really high quality
01:45 products and rebranding it with a smosh name
01:48 and turning it into something really special.
01:50 We're big supporters of local businesses,
01:52 so we actually create all of our smosh merchandise
01:55 in America in our garage.
01:57 We don't believe outsourcing our labor
01:58 to places like China or India, not
02:01 when we have strong, hardworking Americans like Henry here.
