Research compiled by Tesco found many adults are experiencing stressful 'blood boiling' situations which they believe raise their blood pressure.
The supermarket giant conducted research through Online Matters and concluded that three in ten adults encounter situations at least several times a week that make them feel like their blood pressure is raised.
The research also found that around 20 per cent of 25-44 year olds say they don’t have time to get their blood pressure checked.
We spoke to GP Doctor Zoe Williams from Burnley and Tesco Pharmacist Jonathan Bridgett from Macclesfield to find out more about the risk factors of high blood pressure and why it's important for everyone to get it checked out.
