Would you brave it? Nicola Adam attempts the famous 'tremble board, used by ski jumpers to launch into the air, at the Bergisel ski jump towering 250m above Innsbruck, Austria. The ski jump, used for a number of Winter Olympics, is a regularly used for competition and training.
