07:53 - Today, the markets that you work in and the expansion that we see, how many new markets will you enter?
08:00 I mean, you were talking about markets in Eastern Europe, are there any new markets that you are targeting as well?
08:05 - Well, let's talk now, we as a technology company, not a telecommunications company,
08:10 we work in more than the markets that are in the financial institutions.
08:15 Because in the financial institutions, we are talking about telecommunications companies that we own at the moment,
08:20 and they are in 16 countries. But if we look at Kareem, Super App, and Star Display,
08:28 they work in 16 other countries, so in total there are 32.
08:33 This is before Eastern Europe, before we talk about expansion in Eastern Europe.
08:39 And we are also talking about the clients that we have at the moment.
08:43 We have in the financial institutions 169 million current shareholders,
08:48 but we also have between Star Display and Kareem, 53 million other shareholders.
08:55 There may be some of them are double, but to be sure,
09:01 the total number of shareholders we have between the technology side and telecommunications is over 200 million.
09:10 And we expect that this will increase with the expansion in Eastern Europe,
09:15 and the plan now, after we get the remaining agreements, is to have the existence.
09:22 When do you expect to complete these agreements?
09:24 We have achieved most of the agreements from the countries themselves,
09:29 but the European market still has one last agreement, we expect it to be in the coming two months.
09:36 What is your plan and your goals for these markets? How many will be there during the current period?
09:42 According to the current revenues in the past few years, it represents about 15% of the total volume.
09:50 So it is considered to a large extent and it has achieved a good profit.
09:55 We talk about Saudi Arabia and the Arab markets today, we saw the latest decisions on the mobile issue.
10:02 In your opinion, today your targets in the Saudi market are also, how will they be?
10:07 The Saudi market is one of the most successful markets, and we work on it through our investments in mobile.
10:13 And it is considered one of the most successful investments for us.
10:18 We are still the largest contributor in mobile and we have a 28% share.
10:22 And part of the excellent results we have achieved in 2023 is the mobile's net profit, which was also announced yesterday.
10:31 We had announced our intention to acquire 50% plus 1% in mobile, and we actually presented it to the Mobile Board of Directors.
10:44 And during the discussion in this presentation, we were waiting for the approval of the previous director.
10:52 But now the entire Saudi market has increased, and specifically the mobile share and the telecommunications shares in Saudi Arabia have increased.
11:01 A significant increase in the prices of the shares, and therefore the mobile share in the market today is at a higher price than the price we had presented.
11:11 And of course, as you and the viewers know, there must be an increase in the market price in acquisitions.
11:19 So the economic agenda for this acquisition at the moment has become unprecedented.
11:24 Today, if we are talking about charging electric cars and this new investment that you are addressing,
11:32 you had stated in a previous time to CNBC Arabia that you also aspire to do these projects outside the UAE.
11:39 Where will it be?
11:41 Of course, the priority will always go to the countries where we actually have operations in them.
11:46 Because this is much easier, because we have the experience and the trained work that you can allow us to do.
11:52 So we are currently looking at the licensing system for charging electric cars in countries like Egypt, Pakistan, and Morocco.
11:59 And this will be the next move after, God willing, the expansion in the UAE, which we have already started.
12:06 How much are the investments for these expansions?
12:09 I can't tell you the number, but it's hundreds of millions of dirhams.
12:14 Yes, and today, how much is the market share in the UAE market?
12:17 Unfortunately, there is no measurement yet for the market size, because a large part of people are still charging at their homes.
12:25 So there is no specific market share that we can say about it.
12:30 But we have a strong presence and it will increase over the coming months, God willing.
