00:10 the job perfectly. They've taken the responsibility perfectly and yeah I mean

00:16 you can take a lot of pride from performances like this with inexperienced

00:24 players. You know whatever you say, Test cricket throws a different kind of

00:28 challenges, different kind of pressures. But some of these guys the way they

00:32 have dealt with you know the pressures throughout the series has been superb.

00:38 You know a lot of these young guys who have never played Test cricket before,

00:43 never been part of the dressing room. Firstly to understand what the dressing

00:47 room culture is that is important and to adapt to the style of what we want to do

00:53 as a team is another factor as well. But these guys have come with an

00:59 open mind as to whatever is required from the team I'm gonna put my hand up

01:03 and do it. And that is the kind of guys you need in the squad. You know guys who

01:07 are ready to take up the challenge, take up what basically putting the team ahead

01:13 before an individual preference. This is what you know these guys have shown. And

01:19 moving forward obviously it's a big plus for us you know with a lot of these guys

01:24 coming and showing that they belong here.
