The Minnesota Vikings have an interesting decision to consider. The Vikings could receiver considerable draft compensation if they decided to trade their all-pro wide receiver Justin Jefferson. However, doing so would mean losing one of the best receiver's in the NFL.

00:00 Should the Vikings trade Justin Jefferson? Robin Lundberg, Dakota London here and I actually get
00:04 the argument for doing it on the surface it seems like a laughable proposition but Kirk Cousins is a
00:10 free agent right? The Vikings are sort of stuck right now where they are. If they can get the
00:15 draft capital for Jefferson that may benefit the franchise more than having him on the roster would
00:21 next season. I completely disagree. If he's not the best receiver in the league he's definitely
00:27 top three at a position that will only continue to grow in importance because of the way the NFL
00:32 is played on offense. One you never get equal compensation in trades like this whether it's
00:37 in the NBA or the NFL yes you can get draft capital but at the end of the day that draft
00:41 capital is you're getting it to lead to what? Like if you want to be in contention but you
00:46 don't need a receiver so it's like all right yeah we can potentially maybe get a quarterback
00:52 but even if we do he has to have somebody to throw to it's the Justin Fields thing all over again. I
00:56 think Justin Fields is a solid quarterback he'd be much better if he had somebody to throw the ball
01:01 to. Evan Justin Jefferson to throw the ball to even if you are an average to a little bit above
01:05 average quarterback would do a lot of justice. You're not going to find a bunch of Justin
01:09 Jefferson's out there so to me no I would not want to trade him.
