00:07 A popular Edinburgh cafe has announced that it will close its doors for good
00:12 following the death of its one in a million owner. Moe Beans on Easter Road
00:17 closed temporarily after the death of Richard Moe Mowat who was suffering from
00:21 cancer but his family have now announced that the shop will permanently close as
00:26 it cannot go on without him.
00:29 A man has died in a two-car crash on the A703 in Midlothian which also left a
00:35 woman fighting for her life. The 86 year old man who was travelling as a
00:40 passenger in one of the cars was pronounced dead at the scene while the
00:43 82 year old woman who was the driver of the same car has been taken to
00:47 Edinburgh's Royal Infirmary where she remains in a critical condition.
00:53 And finally a little-known Edinburgh beauty spot has been named the most peaceful spot
