01:12 is high in the forecast of rain in the mentioned areas.
01:16 Davao Regional Trough is affected by the low-pressure area outside the Philippine Air Responsibility.
01:23 Local thunderstorms and easterly winds are expected in other parts of Mindanao, according to the forecast.
