Synopsis :
L'agent secret Alex Scott doit s'associer avec un célèbre boxeur, Kelly Robinson, pour contrecarrer les projets d'Arnold Gundars, un ignoble trafiquant d'armes. Gundars souhaite mettre aux enchères le F-22 Raptor, un prototype d'avion invisible, qu'il a réussi à subtiliser aux Américains....
