The menu is described as an 'an ode to traditional Chinese flavours, expertly merged with Western culinary influences to create a uniquely harmonious blend'. 00:22 traditional Chinese restaurant where you've got like the big portions and
00:26 it's quite fast-paced and hustle and bustle. Well this type of cuisine it's
00:31 so obviously with me being Chinese it's something I'm very familiar with and
00:36 it's growing up my parents had a Chinese takeaway. Okay so it only feels right to
00:42 do a little taste test so let's have a look. I think these are prawns.

01:52 restaurant so it's a little bit quirky. There are the traditional dishes on
01:56 there as well so it's like the black pepper chicken, black bean chicken, sweet
01:59 and sour and chow mein as well but it is more targeted to the Western market.
