00:03 This looks like a trade that's going to start the franchise over again.
00:08 And Wood is one of the three key pieces they got back in that deal.
00:11 He's been fantastic.
00:13 >> Yeah, he has been so far.
00:15 And you just look at the frame, and you look at the way he can hit the ball for
00:19 power.
00:19 And some of his numbers in the past year at the pro level,
00:25 and there's no doubt that this guy can hit the ball and is gonna for a long time.
00:31 I think with a guy like him, it's all about playing time.
00:34 It's all about, okay, is he gonna have an everyday role?
00:37 And that might be a little hard to come by right away.
00:41 It depends how they wanna bring them into the fold.
00:44 Anytime you see a lefty, you think, okay, this could be a platoon bat,
00:48 especially early on in his career.
00:50 So it comes down to a few things like that.
00:52 Playing defense, what are your splits, and whether or not you can stick full time.
00:57 But the way he's hitting right now, you just think, yeah,
01:00 get him in the lineup every day and let him do his thing.
01:03 And you hope that can carry over throughout the rest of the spring and
01:05 then hopefully into the regular season.
01:07 Because he has the type of frame and
01:10 the type of bat where he's gonna hit a lot of home runs in the major leagues.
