00:00 Okay, can I just start by asking how many people are employed at the site and what was it which attracted the business to come to Sunderland?
00:06 We've got over 600 people here now which we've built over the past two and a half years and another 60 incremental jobs this year in a variety of different roles.
00:14 So if you want to check out our career site do that.
00:17 We absolutely love Sunderland and from the minute that we visited it I'm very proud being local.
00:23 But the warmth, the regeneration of the city and the welcome that we received from Sunderland City Council and the North East Development teams was second to none.
00:32 And we felt that we could have a very happy and successful business here.
00:35 And so what actually takes place at this site?
00:37 We are the customer service centre for the whole of the UK and our teams do a huge variety of jobs such as answering queries from customers via chat and via email and via social media.
00:48 We work very closely with restaurant and grocery partners on queries that they may have, things like enhancing their menus or adding new brands and restaurants to our platform.
00:56 And there are a lot of roles that actually fit around that such as training, quality and development.
01:03 So it's got to be part of the regeneration of Sunderland?
01:05 It's absolutely amazing. I am local to Sunderland, born and bred here and it's absolutely brilliant to see all of the activities that are happening right now in the city.
01:14 I feel that we're really on the map. It's a very, very positive place to be and we're absolutely delighted to be part of it.
