Supermarket Sweep UK (S1, Ep 16 - Sept 27th 1993)

Today's contestants are Denise & Maxine from Yorkshire, Neil & Trisha from Hertfordshire, and Maria & Carol from Derbyshire. Dale Winton hosts in pink this time (where DOES he find those suits from?) and has an array of professions in the teams, from nurses to police to lecturers. While one happily married couple trail a bit after the points round, two other teams only have 10 secs time difference as they enter the Super Sweep. But who will sweep all before them to earn the right to go for the star prize of £2,000 - and will they claim it or fall agonizingly short?
