Spaghetti Aglio Olio

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1-2 tsp of chilli flakes
3 tbsp chopped parsley
120 g uncooked spaghetti
Salt

PROCEDURE
1. Cook the spaghetti according to packaged instructions with heavily salted water. Be sure to save the pasta water.
2. Heat up the olive oil in a pan and add in the garlic.
3. Once slightly golden, add in the chilli flakes.
4. Add in 1/4 cup of the pasta water and stir till it emulsifies.
5. Add in the cooked spaghetti.
6. Turn the heat off and add in the parsley.
7. Make sure all the pasta is coated well in the sauce.
8. Plate it up and garnish with more parsley and chilli.
