01:33 The illegal consultation of files in Argo has a police memory that has always existed.
01:39 But it benefited above all the entourage of officials.
01:43 Today, it touches wider, the Telegram groups, he, have given a national scale, according
01:50 to an investigator of the IGPN who expressed himself in a meeting organized in January
01:53 by the institution.
01:54 Some agents are even recruited on encrypted messengers that they are supposed to monitor.
01:59 The traffickers publish a message there, the more we look for a cop who wants to do a
02:04 consultation more and the police answer, it's as simple as that, this investigator
02:08 complains.
02:09 As simple as a few clicks, but the consequences are heavy.
