Doug the dog loved his new toy - a boot. Doug grabbed the boot and started chewing at it, taking it from one end of the room to another.

00:00Give me that shoe, give me that shoe.
00:02He's here hitting the gate before he even really starts his turn.
00:05And all that pressure going down.
00:07As he's getting loaded up, he's getting roused up.
00:10He loses no contact.
00:12And as soon as you do that right there, you lose no contact.
00:14He can't get back on, balance it, and out of the course.
00:17It's just something you've never seen from this guy.
00:20No, it's a typical mistake you'd see from anybody else.
00:22You just never see it for sure.
00:24You know, you can't say never anymore.
00:26I can't help but think about Michaela Shiffrin, who won gold in the GS.
00:30And then everybody was talking about, okay, you know, in the Swallown,
00:33where she's been so dominant, she's going to get that done.
00:35She finished fourth, but that is just so much more shocking than to see Hirscher finish.
00:41So that really opens the door for the rest of them,
00:44especially Henry Christopherson, who came down quickly and cleanly this year before Hirscher.
00:50And I hate to jinx him, but I didn't make exactly one throw
00:54out of four Olympic swallows that I ran without making.
00:57So, you know, that was shocking to me that he's able to do what he's able to do consistency-wise.
01:02And I, you know, I can't say that I'm surprised that he crashed,
01:05although when you look at his years, it's just so unlikely.
01:08Here's a guy, a definite metal threat, 24-year-old Michael.
