06:27 Article 218 of the law and Article 219 states that the Election Commission of Pakistan has a responsibility
06:36 to hold free and fair elections.
06:39 But today, for the record, after this decision, it has become evident
06:42 that the Election Commission of Pakistan is completely disobeying its obligation, its duty, its responsibility.
06:50 And it has violated Article 6.
06:56 So we will demand from this House today,
07:00 that for the first time, we demand the resignation of the entire Election Commission of Pakistan.
07:08 That they be dismissed immediately.
07:10 And we have prepared this resolution from the Senate.
07:15 We will present it now.
07:18 They cannot stay in this office for a minute.
07:23 After this decision, such a serious, unconstitutional, illegal decision,
07:28 such a decision against the Republic,
07:31 they will not be able to tolerate it.
07:35 And Mr. Chairman, we are also saying that if after this decision,
07:40 there is a Presidential election and there are elections in the Senate,
07:45 the members of the next house, then we will not be able to tolerate it.
07:49 Because until this decision is not made,
07:52 until a resolution is not made,
07:55 which we will go to the court to challenge,
07:57 until the Supreme Court of Pakistan decides who will be the Reserve Seats,
08:03 until this final decision is not made,
08:05 Presidential election and Senate elections cannot take place in Pakistan.

08:14 So we have decided, Mr. Chairman,
08:20 on the floor of the Senate,
08:22 we are deciding that we will challenge the Election Commission of Pakistan's order.
08:29 We will follow our legal path against the election.
08:33 The Election Commission cannot continue its legal process.
08:39 All of them have to resign.
08:42 And we also demand that the Presidential election
08:47 and the upcoming Senate election should be postponed,
08:53 it should be adjourned,
08:56 because there is no room in Pakistan for these elections without the Reserve Seats.

09:03 then whatever decision will be made tomorrow,
09:05 whatever final decision will be made by the Supreme Court of Pakistan
09:09 regarding these Reserve Seats,
09:11 if it comes to us, then we will have to reverse everything.
