A team of Australian lawyers has written to the international criminal court asking it to investigate the Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for allegedly being complicit to genocide in Gaza. Sydney-based law firm Birchgrove legal alleges that Mr Albanese, some members of his cabinet and the opposition leader have 'encouraged and supported war crimes' allegedly committed by Israel through political and military assistance.
