00:00 The Department of Justice is now impounding the person who committed sexual abuse and qualified human trafficking,

00:06 the Kingdom of Jesus Christ Leader Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

00:10 That is after the corruption of the DAVOS City Prosecutor's Office

00:14 for the complaint of rape against Quibuloy by a minor was also reversed by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla.

00:23 the DOJ will also issue a precautionary hold departure order so that Quibuloy will not be able to leave the country.

00:30 They will also ask the Supreme Court to transfer to Manila the hearing and the appointment of a special panel of prosecutors.

00:44 The complaint was addressed by the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family, Relations,

01:14 Raffy, the Senate is now arresting Pastor Apollo Quibuloy after he did not attend the hearing of the Senate this morning, even though he was already arrested.

01:23 Before this, Quibuloy was arrested three times by the invitation of the Senate Committee on Women and Children,

01:28 which is investigating the abuses of some members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, so he was already arrested.

01:35 According to the committee chair, Senator Risa Ontiveros,

01:38 Quibuloy's lawyer, Atty. Elvis Balayan, wrote to him. It is written here that if Quibuloy will attend a committee,

01:46 he will be declared guilty against his right to presume innocence until proven guilty and against his right against self-incrimination.

01:56 Quibuloy is embarrassed and harassed by the public trials he's doing in the Senate and media.

02:08 But Ontiveros insisted that if the Senate will allow the witnesses who did not present in the committee,

02:13 because of these reasons, the Senate will have no power to launch an investigation.

02:23 Because of this, Ontiveros was knighted in contempt and was arrested to present himself in the Senate.

02:30 But only now, Senator Robin Padilla was knighted in contempt. According to the rules of the Senate,

02:36 Ontiveros said that the contempt order can be reversed within a week if there's a majority vote.

02:41 But for now, Senator Padilla is the only one who was knighted.

02:46 Meanwhile, before the hearing, Quibuloy's supporters came to the Senate.

02:50 While holding the big placard, they shouted justice for Quibuloy and lowering Senator Ontiveros' position.
