00:03 We got a great game tonight in the Big Ten, Joe.
00:06 That is Purdue and Illinois.
00:07 This game is gonna take place at the State Forum Center in Illinois.
00:10 If we set the stage for this one, we're taking a look as a favorite opening on
00:15 the line for Purdue at minus one and a half points.
00:18 That has since flipped now to an Illinois favorite at home at minus one and
00:22 a half at the FanDuel Sportsbook.
00:24 We are expecting points in this game with some good tempo.
00:26 163 and a half is that listed total.
00:30 The one thing we know about Purdue and Zack Eaddy, tremendous force.
00:34 Number one overall, Joe, in efficiency here in Big Ten conference play.
00:38 But Illinois, no slouch.
00:40 Right behind them, number two at efficiency on offense.
00:43 The favorite team tonight is not the higher ranked team.
00:47 So do we see another version of home team not ranked as high as the visiting team
00:53 and favorite taking down Purdue tonight with Illinois?

01:01 Well, here's the deal with Purdue.
01:03 They've played 18 Big Ten conference games this year, right?
01:07 But only six of those games have actually come against teams that
01:11 are projected to be in the tournament, Donnie, right?
01:14 Guys, teams that are projected to be able to get the bids and that will be in there.
01:20 And the problem is against those teams, they're one in five against the number.
01:25 Just four and two against those teams and one in five against the number.
01:29 So what it tells us is that Purdue as usual beats up those teams that are less
01:34 than them and that aren't really tournament bound.
01:38 But when they play the better competition, they become very one dimensional and
01:42 they are beatable and that's the problem with Purdue here.
01:46 Now you want them to go on the road and
01:48 take down a team that has multiple ways to beat you here in Illinois.
01:54 They've got some of the best shooters in the country here offensively.
01:59 I mean, Coleman Hawkins is an absolute monster.
02:03 Shannon is an absolute monster.
02:05 Any one of these guys at home can beat Purdue.
02:08 And I think Illinois is the right side here because the red flags are there for
02:13 Purdue.
02:14 If you bet them and you lose, you got nobody to blame but yourself here because
02:18 they have proven against the better teams.
02:21 They're not as dominant as they are against everyone else.
