00:40 I mean, I've definitely seen a lot more women coming up in the game, which is like super exciting.
00:46 All the young girls, especially in hip-hop and R&B, I love to see it. The pop girls, so fun.
00:51 I mean, on the on the back end side, like behind the scenes, I definitely think there still needs to be more women,
00:56 like executives, A&Rs and stuff like that. They need higher roles in these positions, but it's so nice to see
01:01 all of the love and the camaraderie and everything, so it's good.
01:05 And I mean, speaking of girls in hip-hop, Ice Spice is being honored tonight. I mean, how amazing is she? What a career.
