00:12 Four senators signed the petition to repeal the arrest of the Senate committee of Pastor Apolo Quiboloy.

00:23 We are here to condemn Apolo Carigol Quiboloy for his refusal to be sworn or to testify before this investigation.

00:32 It's been two days since Senator Risa Ontiveros condemned Pastor Apolo Quiboloy

00:37 for not responding to Senate Committee on Women and Children's requests to abuse or kidnap members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

00:45 But Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri has not yet issued an arrest order against Pastor Apolo Quiboloy

00:53 because Senator Robin Padilla is still looking for a signature to get him arrested.

00:57 Judiciary is there. They can really investigate.

01:03 We will get what the judiciary will issue in the legislative and we will make a law in aid of legislation.

01:12 We talked yesterday. He said he will try to raise the signatures. He has seven days so let's respect that.

01:20 Out of the eight signatures that Padilla needed for the reversal, he found four.

01:45 Padilla has five signatures but Senator JV Ejercito is behind.

01:50 Ejercito said he returned the signature after reviewing the testimony of the witnesses in the hearing.

01:56 According to Padilla, who first objected to the contempt order, he called other members of the committee to sign the reversal for Rito.

02:05 For now, there are five more senators who can sign. They are Senator Nancy Binay, Tia Cayetano, Mark Villar, Loren Legarda and Joel Villanueva.

02:14 Senator Grace Poe and Raffy Tulfo refused to sign.

02:19 Padilla also thinks that Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel will not sign, especially when it comes to revoking the motion of contempt of JV Ejercito.

02:27 JV Ejercito will not give a new testimony.

02:30 Meanwhile, a judge in California ordered the unsealing of the warrant of arrest against Kibuloy and his accomplices.

02:38 Because of this, Kibuloy can issue a red notice of Interpol that is wanted in America for cases of sex trafficking, fraud, cash smuggling, and others.

02:48 According to U.S. based lawyer, Attorney Lara Gregory, this could be the first step in extradition of U.S. Department of Justice to Kibuloy.

03:08 In the middle of the Chinese Coast Guard's water cannon in Rorre Mission, Patungo, Ayunichol,

03:15 several airplanes, helicopters and ships of the Chinese Navy were killed, as well as Chinese militia vessels.

03:22 Before the attack, a ship of the U.S. Navy was also killed.

03:26 Witnesses are Chino Gaston and Joseph Moro.

03:30 Not only the ships of the Chinese Coast Guard that were killed in the middle of Rorre Mission, Patungo, Ayunichol, on March 5,

03:38 but also March 4, while the Filipinos were approaching Sabina Shoal, the helicopters of the Chinese Navy were circling.

03:45 BRP Sindangan and BRP Cabra were circling and escorting the resupply ships.

03:49 This helicopter are also those helicopters that we see in Bajo Dimasinlok whenever we patrol that area.

03:56 So we know for a fact that this is a PLA Navy helicopter.

04:27 so that the BRP Sierra Madre cannot enter Ayunichol.

04:32 An unknown aircraft was also circling the Chinese Coast Guard's port in BRP Sindangan and it was flooded by water in Unaisan May 4.

04:40 Five ships of the Chinese Coast Guard, 12 Chinese militia vessels, three ships of the Chinese Navy and three warships of China were also monitored.
