Government Funds Have Not Helped Childcare Workers' Conditions

Public childcare workers in Taiwan are demanding better working conditions. The central government has invested over US$900 million in a national fund for children under the age of six, but the Alliance of Educare Trade Unions says working conditions have not improved.
