00:40 according to the Labor Force Survey of the Philippine Statistics Authority.

00:43 According to the PSA, from 2.09 million in October, the number of unemployed increased to 2.15 million.

00:52 The number of underemployed or those looking for additional jobs or additional hours of work increased.

01:00 According to the PSA, this is because of the end of Christmas and New Year season when there are a lot of rockets and sidelines.

01:37 Usually, when the fourth quarter increases, it closes to 53 to 55% due to seasonal jobs.
