00:00 Wales have had a hit and miss experience at recent major tournaments in rugby as they are still chasing their first win of the Six Nations this year going into the fourth round of action.
00:14 What has been made of their performances so far?
00:17 Well, obviously we haven't really expected too much going into this. Some good performances in the World Cup but fell very flat when we left against Argentina.
00:29 We were not expecting much from the Six Nations but we've put on some good performances so far. Really close games.
00:35 We're only a three point deficit or something like that with two losses. It's not very common for rugby games to be that close really I would say.
00:43 The Scotland game was one of the best games anyone's going to watch in rugby. It was a game of two halves.
00:50 Scotland showed their class and Wales showed that that first half display wasn't Wales. There's more to this team. This young team that can go forward.
01:00 We looked like maybe we should have beaten England at times. There was a couple of opportunities to properly take it by the reins but didn't quite take it.
01:10 Like I said, some good performances so far when we were really not expecting much at all.
01:16 The Six Nations that follows the Rugby World Cup, it always feels like it's a bit of a start of a new cycle for all the teams.
01:25 Do you feel as if there's something brewing? Obviously you mentioned it's a young Wales squad. Do you feel like the future could be bright for this bunch of players?
01:33 Absolutely. I think having Warren Gatlin, part of the organisation, he's been Wales for the last 10-15 years in rugby.
01:42 Losing him, we saw what we were without him. The post-Gatlin plan didn't work.
01:49 He's come back and although we talk about losses here, we're not talking about wins, but we are talking about good performances in losses.
01:57 The first time we've lost against Scotland at home in over 20 years, something ridiculous like that.
02:04 But Scotland were the ones at the end who were looking at it like a loss. Wales were looking at it like a win because the performances are there.
02:12 This one's not about finishing first. This one's about showing what we can do and getting in a good position,
02:18 seeing how we do through the summer in some of the tests and then kicking on properly with this young team that in a few years' time really could be special.
02:26 Ahead of the fourth round, Wales have switched things up at centre with Joe Robertson, Owen Watkin coming into the side.
02:34 There's George North and Nick Tompkins drop out of the squad completely.
02:38 Assistant coach Mike Foreshaw said Nick and George have been spoken to.
02:43 They were disappointed, which I get, but they firmly believe in what we're doing.
02:49 Darth Jenkins moves over to blightside flanker the captain, making his first start in the position for Wales.
02:56 Loch Will Rowlands and hooker Ryan Elias are introduced into the side while Gareth Davies is recalled to the bench.
