Ever wanted to eat lasagna without silverware? No? Well this Italian-inspired recipe might change your mind. In this video, join Nicole as she makes a finger-food spin on lasagna: Easy Lasagna Cups. Using inside out jumbo pasta shells, each shell is filled with gooey cheese and a saucy meat mixture. After baking in the oven, serve them on a platter and watch as they disappear from the dinner table!

00:00 I'm gonna guess you've never had lasagna served up like this before.

00:03 Lasagna you can eat with your hands.
00:05 That's right, let's show them how to make them.
00:07 Go ahead and cook your jumbo pasta shells,
00:08 and while that's cooking, saute ground beef and onions.
00:10 Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
00:12 Add your marinara, rinse the jar with a little water, and throw that in there too.
00:15 First spray your muffin tin,
00:16 then you're gonna take your pasta shells and flip them inside out.
00:18 What a cute idea.
00:20 Go on and fill them up with ricotta, parmesan, your meat mixture,
00:22 some mozzarella, and some more parmesan.
00:24 Throw them in the oven and bake until that cheese is melted.
