00:00 >> I obviously saw the headlines, but I didn't really read the report in too much
00:04 detail, but we meet with our players every year.
00:07 We're always looking to make changes and improve our facility or
00:12 whatever it is if we deem it necessary.
00:14 By no means think our facilities holding us back from being successful, but
00:20 we meet with the players often.
00:22 We have an open door policy, they come in, they give us feedback all the time and
00:27 we do our best to implement what we feel makes sense.
00:29 >> What went into the decisions to make as many changes as you did in the strength
00:33 and conditioning staff?
00:34 >> Yeah, so after the season, coach decided to make a change and
00:39 go in a different direction and it's part of the business.
00:42 But we hired Phil Matus and have some new faces down there and
00:48 really excited about the energy that they're bringing.
00:50 And I know they've been in contact with some of our players and
00:54 I'm really, really optimistic about the impact.
00:59 Coach Matus and the rest of those guys down there are gonna have.
