00:00 President Bongbong Marcos has just arrived in Germany for a working visit where he will help the high-ranking officials and some businessmen there.

00:14 Conny, it's 4.25 am here in Berlin where President Bongbong Marcos is expected to arrive for his working visit.

00:26 Later in the afternoon, President Marcos and his officials will leave for the Philippines to become businessmen.

00:34 On Tuesday, he will start his activities here in Berlin where he is expected to meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and business leaders.

00:43 It is expected that there will be a meeting between the Philippines and Germany to discuss the cooperation between the two countries when it comes to the maritime sector.

00:52 The President's office in the Philippine community here in Berlin is not unknown.

00:56 According to the ambassador of the Philippines here in Germany, Irene Susan Atividad,

01:00 President Bongbong Marcos' visit is just right because until this year, the diplomatic relations between the two countries have been maintained for 70 years.

01:10 Almost a decade after World War II, the diplomatic ties between the Philippines and Germany are being restored.

01:16 According to Ambassador Atividad, Germany is important for the Philippines, especially for their support in peace and development in Mindanao.
