00:03 The shear line is affecting the eastern part of Central Luzon to Southern Luzon.

00:09 The shear line is a result of the cold and hot winds.

00:16 The cold is still affecting the northern part of Luzon.

00:20 And the Easter list is still affecting the western part of our country.

00:27 At the moment, we are not being monitored by bad weather,

00:31 low pressure area or typhoons inside the Par and Pacific Ocean.

00:37 Today, we are expecting a scattered rain and thunderstorms

00:42 in Aurora, Quezon, and also in Camarines Norte due to the shear line.

00:47 There will be light rain in the southern part of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera.

00:53 Tomorrow, the shear line will still affect the northern part of Luzon

01:00 and then Central Luzon.

01:02 And the shear line will still affect the Bicol region.

01:09 So, in the Bicol region, the sky will be cloudy with scattered rain and thunderstorms.

01:17 In Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon, there will be light rain.

01:24 In the northern part of Luzon, along with Metro Manila,

01:29 tomorrow will be a good and clear day with a part of the sky cloudy.
