00:00 I remember eight years ago or nine years ago talking about Japan being in top eight and everyone thought we were crazy.
00:05 Thought we were absolutely crazy. So there's no reason why we can't jump into the top four. Now it comes, everything comes with a cost.
00:13 So over the next period of time we need to develop a new style of play,
00:18 which is difficult to do at the top level when you're playing against England and you're playing against Italy and
00:24 those games, but we need to create a new style of play that is adventurous.
00:29 That suits Japanese instincts, that is attacking in its way.
00:35 That of course it has organisation and structure, but we try to break the structure as quickly as we can.
00:42 We move the ball as quickly as we can.
00:44 And so we've got to go back to the past to create a new future for Japanese rugby.
00:50 So it's about how we can make young players be really ambitious in wanting to be the best player they can.
00:59 and create the next rugby or tony.
