00:30 The government's position is that there is a regular schedule under which the NFC

00:38 Only the resources of the provinces can increase, not decrease.
00:41 However, there are three options that can be considered.
00:44 Funding for the Main Income Support Program can be shared with the provinces.
00:49 The security issues can also be shared.
00:55 The other losses can also be reduced through the mutual funds.
