00:00 You shared with your fans last year that you've been diagnosed with cancer.
00:03 You've been very honest and open about that.
00:05 Yeah.
00:05 First of all, how are you?
00:06 I'm doing well.
00:07 So this is currently a week off in my chemo cycles, which is why I've got quite a lot of energy today.
00:12 So I have bowel or colon cancer.
00:15 I was not listening to my body and I was flying to Sydney, London, Sydney, London,
00:20 lots of long haul flights and I was filming.
00:23 I was filming, you know, the current season of Max Oz.
00:26 I was on camera between in breaks, doubled over in pain.
00:30 And going, "Oh, it's fine. It's just jet lag."
00:32 Yeah.
00:32 You know, so that's the message here.
00:34 Listen to your body.
00:35 Exactly.
00:36 How are you finding the chemo?
00:37 Because I remember my mum went to it and it's tough.
00:39 The type of chemo that I have doesn't really make me sick.
00:42 It's not going to make me lose my hair.
00:44 I have other side effects like tingly fingers.
00:47 Right.
00:47 It's a funny one and very sensitive to cold.
00:49 So I have to wear gloves a lot and just a little bit tired.
00:53 Yeah.
00:54 Yeah.
00:54 Yeah.
00:54 Right.
