00:00 A residential area in Tondo, Manila is still being burned. The fire started early this morning. Live from Manila, we have the first news, Nico Wahe. Nico.

00:20 This residential area has been burning for more than 5 hours. It is next to the construction of a tela in Barangay 186, Tondo, Manila.

00:30 You can see the residents are already helping to put water in the fire truck.

00:36 Not less than 15 families were affected by the fire.

00:39 Although there is no place to put the residents, some animals were burned.

00:50 It was already mid-morning when the residents of Benita Street, Barangay 186, Tondo, Manila woke up from the blaze.

01:02 I was on my cell phone when I heard the smell of electricity.

01:06 I knocked on every door. I knocked on every door. I couldn't save anyone.
