Breakfast:
Venti half-caff/nonfat latte with 1 Sweet-n-Low
Two hard bubbled egg whites
(loads of vitamins so I won't need moronic sustenance throughout the day)
Lunch:
1/2 mug of nonfat curds
2 tomatos
Nibble:
Handful of blended nuts (no peanuts)
Supper:
2 mahi tacos from Baja Fresh (barbecued fish w/corn tortillas -with Baja salsa since there is no sugar in that one.)
Then again -flame broiled chicken greens with custom made dressing -dijon, balsamic, olive oil, garlic, Italian herbs.
Fundamentally no fricasseed sustenance -aside from a handful of blue corn chips set up of bread -or liquor (exceptionally hard removing the nourishment aggregation regarded as WINE) and no doltish stuff like fries, acrid cream, or high sugar products of the soil (do a quest for sugar content in apples and oranges -you'll find records. Berries are level, pinapple and papaya (my fave) are high.)
