00:00 A lot of times the wrong thing to say is to put your journey on somebody else's journey.
00:04 So people will say, "Oh, well, by this time my hair was falling out and by this time I
00:12 became sick."
00:13 And it's just not the case.
00:16 Every body is different.
00:18 So like Jillian Barberi, who I just recently got to catch up with and who went through
00:22 this and never was sick and her hair fell out at a different time.
00:28 So it's really, you shouldn't put that on people because we already have so much going
00:32 on and worry and anticipation.
00:35 So you have to let everybody just do as they may.
00:40 So for instance, with hair loss, a lot of people I know didn't entirely lose all of
00:46 their hair.
00:47 So I left it for a while until I was like, "Okay, this is embarrassing.
00:50 I look like it's too much now.
00:54 I need to shave it off."
00:55 But I gave it that opportunity, you know, maybe, maybe it will just thin out and it'll
00:59 be fine.
01:01 But that wasn't my journey.
01:02 I'm losing all my hair.
01:03 So that's fine.
01:05 So we shave it.
01:06 But to say to somebody by the fourth week, you're going to feel terrible or by the second
01:12 week this is going to happen to you.
01:14 It's just not true.
01:15 So you shouldn't put those things.
01:16 You really should just listen.
