02:24 what is the use in the future, and based on all that assessment, we suggest to put more pressure on the children who will automatically be a part of this one generation.
02:46 One generation, so we won't open a flood gate.
02:50 Let me give an example, why we take it that way.
02:53 There are many cases of mothers who beg their children, their children have never even stepped foot in Malaysia.
03:04 When a mother and her child beg, they have never stepped foot in Malaysia.
03:10 Never. They beg.
03:12 The citizens of this country, they must prove their commitment and willingness.
03:20 Therefore, the use in the future is not only a suggestion to us in this movement, but also a practice to other countries.
03:32 Why is the use not retrospective? Because we don't want to open a flood gate.
03:39 Furthermore, how many applications have been accepted? Only 3,000? 3,000? We have completed all 3,000 applications.
03:49 As of 7th March, we have completed all of them.
03:52 The number of applications, those who have applied.
03:56 If they were born abroad, they would not have applied, they would not have reached KDN.
04:00 The number of applications from 2013 to 2024.
04:08 In the category of children born abroad by the mothers of Malaysian citizens, the number is 3,000.
04:16 As of 7th March, we have made all decisions.
04:20 And when the transition happens, these children will no longer be processed according to 15.2 as it is now.
04:29 Which is registration.
04:31 These children are still to be processed.
04:33 When the child is born, the mother has to go to the consulate in 365 days.
04:41 Thank you.
