Hundreds arrested in 'XXL cleanup' French anti-drug operation
French police arrested more than 190 people today in cities as part of a far-reaching anti-drug clampdown. President Macron described the raids as "unprecedented".

00:08 raids at the beginning of the week. Police started the campaign a week ago in Marseille,
