00:00 Let's take a lap in a current Porsche 911 GT3 or on the newly designed club circuit
00:07 at Black Rock Motor Park.
00:09 The 5.277 km circuit features 23 corners and is set within beautiful and interesting topography.
00:17 After crossing the start/finish line, we head into turn 1 and turn 2, which still belong
00:22 to the main straight.
00:23 At the end of the straight, we briefly reach 6th gear before entering the first hard braking
00:27 zone.
00:28 We accelerate down to 2nd gear here.
00:31 The corner opens up slightly, allowing for numerous racing lines.
00:35 Like before on the straight, turns 4 and 5 can be taken at full throttle.
00:39 The car experiences high compression at this point as it dips into a small valley before
00:44 braking for the uphill right-hander.
00:46 It's a challenging right turn before entering turn 7 in 2nd gear through a banked left-hander.
00:51 The exit here is also designed with an open radius, allowing for clean acceleration with
00:56 multiple lines.
00:58 Next is a fast right-left-right combination, situated on a slight incline.
01:02 The exit is once again open to allow for early acceleration for a short sprint to turn 12.
01:08 Like before, braking is required uphill again forcing the driver to find the right spot
01:12 to slow down the car and turn in at the correct apex point.
01:16 The long left-hander, turn 13, leads into another short curved straight go up to 4th
01:21 gear before the car needs to be slowed down again to 2nd gear for a hairpin-shaped corner.
01:27 Run-off areas provide necessary safety on the outside.
01:30 Then we come to the slowest part of the track.
01:33 Turn 16 can be taken in 1st or 2nd gear, following that there is a technically demanding long
01:38 right bend that can be tackled in different lines.
01:41 The driver must find a balanced approach between good rotation and full acceleration out of
01:46 the corner.
01:47 This will challenge the driver again and again to find the optimal point to enter the next
01:51 section.
01:52 Along back straight, the car reaches top speed up to 250 km/h as drivers prepare for the
01:59 upcoming hard braking maneuver.
02:01 This is followed by a very fast right-left chicane with rapid weight transfer.
02:05 Then comes another short sprint before the final 4 right bends.
02:09 Spectators have a great view of the cars while the driver must position their vehicle optimally
02:13 for the last corner.
02:15 Then, they cross the start-finish straight again and can begin the next lap on one of
02:19 the most beautiful club circuits in the world designed by Tilke.
