02:42 wants to be the candidate of the people and once again showcase that he has the legacy
02:48 and the inheritance of Hugo Rafael Chavez FrĂas.

04:06 organizations of the United Socialist Party amass over 4.2 million voters, 4.2 million
04:14 people that not only nominated him, but also will give him the support in these elections.

04:28 history.
04:29 He was recalling that after the death, the physical disappearance of Rafael Chavez FrĂas,
