00:15 of Cosmo again. My first cover was 20 years ago and so today I'm just really, you know,

00:25 it's great that 20 years later mama still gets to be on the cover of Cosmo.

00:31 Actually here, can I just say Mirza, 20 years ago was my first Cosmo cover and now...

00:40 And now, here you are again.

00:42 Here I am again.

00:45 20 years ago and we were 10 years ago.

00:47 Yes.

00:49 Influence for me is the ability to have an effect, an impact in another person's or situation's

00:56 outcome or that's throughout process. It's just really that impact that you can create.

01:06 It can be as simple as having an impact or just changing someone's perspective for the day

01:16 or for something bigger, their opinion or belief on something. And it could be family, a friend,

01:23 it can be your community or it can go even bigger than that. But it doesn't matter how big that is.

01:32 They call it your sphere of influence. No matter how small or big, there is an impact and influence

01:39 there. It's ironic because I'll give two that women can't do it and then there's one that's

01:46 women can do it all. Because first, the first bias is... It's ironic, right?

01:51 Yeah.

01:51 They're two very different statements but women can't do it because they're not a man.

01:59 They won't be able to take it. They're not tough enough. They're not do this, they're not enough,

02:04 they can't do this, they can't handle it. They can't handle the pressure, they're too emotional.

02:09 You get it. The other narrative is that women can do it all.

02:14 And I think that's more of something we impose on ourselves. We try to do it all.

02:20 And I mean, I guess we can but it's not always at the same time.

02:28 Not to pressure them.

02:29 Not at all. So there's a lot of self-imposed pressure as well that we put on ourselves.
