00:00 A flash flood hit several parts of Baguio City following a heavy rain.

00:06 14 vehicles were submerged.

00:08 According to Mayor Benjamin Magalong,

00:10 the sand and debris from the drainage of City Camp Lagoon was washed away.

00:15 It is being investigated why there are parked vehicles in the siltation area of the lagoon.

00:21 The Barangay Council explained that last December,

00:25 they are allowing temporary parking in the area as a temporary solution to implement anti-road obstruction.

00:33 As of now, water has reached up to 7 feet above the ground.

00:38 Parking is now prohibited there.

00:41 According to the weather forecast,

00:43 it was thunderstorms that caused rain in the city and other parts of the country earlier.
