00:00 In addition, the programme is progressing three major capital projects.
00:04 The modernisation of the Royal Courts of Justice,
00:07 refurbishment and upgrade of the Old Town Hall in Belfast,
00:11 and the modernisation of Bishop Street Courthouse in Derry, London, Derry,
00:15 all of which will be subject to business case approval and funding.
00:19 We are in the middle of a business case process
00:22 to refurbish the Royal Courts of Justice,
00:25 which is in the tens of millions of pounds.
00:28 We are also looking at the cost of modernising Bishop Street Courthouse
00:33 up in Derry, London, Derry,
00:35 which again, whilst not of the same scale as the Royal Courts of Justice,
00:39 is also tens of millions.
00:42 So, in terms of how we are seeking to secure that funding,
00:46 the first piece is developing robust business cases
00:50 to make a really good case for that funding.
00:52 And then we are working closely with departmental colleagues
00:56 as we outline our funding requirements for next year and beyond.
01:00 So we are making as strong a case as we can to the department
01:05 and from the department to the Department of Finance
01:08 for funding for those transformation programmes.
